Yummy for dipping raw veggies -- whichever are okay on your plan. Ideas: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, bell pepper (red and green), celery... You can use reduced fat sour cream and/or mayo if you want to reduce the fat amount. (May increase carbs; check labels.) I've been taking this to parties with a heapload of veggies.

2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 T. finely chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. fresh dill weed, chopped
1 T. dried parsley
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 tsp. Jane's Crazy Mixed-Up Salt
(Note: Original recipe called for 1 T. Lowry's seasoned salt instead of the Mrs. Dash and Jane's; adapt to what you have.)

Combine all ingredients. Keep refrigerated.

Entire recipe: 5 g. protein, 7 g. carb, 39 g. fat
