Sorry I missed the weigh-in! I hopped on my scale and it told me I had gained almost 20 pounds overnight. I was like, ummmmm....no. I ran to the gym at my school to hop on the scale there and it was out of order. I couldn't think of any other scales I could use and I really did not want to destroy my team with a 20 lb gain(that isn't real lol). I'll get a new one today!

Man, I wish today had been weigh in! I was waiting for a drop that I knew had to be coming and was hoping it would come by yesterday but no dice and then of course this morning. Ah well. If I can just be good this week I'll have a really nice number for Sunday's weigh in :D

Oh man, zumba tonight had me sweating. I need to start tracking my calories again because I'm all over the place though. I've had no appetite the last couple of days. I didn't really eat all day yesterday and then I just wanted peanuts... weird. Then today I forced myself to take in a tuna sandwhich and a big fruit/milk smoothie. I might go eat a little something else. I'll take it as it is for a couple days but if it goes on another day I need to figure out whats wrong... bleh. I've been working out like mad the last week and it's just taking my appetite maybe.

Hey guys, sorry about missing another weigh in. I think I'm going to have to put my diet on hold for a while....I just went to the doctor today and was told that I need foot surgery, and they scheduled it for next monday.....It shouldn't be a big deal, its an out-patient procedure, but I am not going to be able to walk for a while....and since my family eats a bunch of junk I know they are not going to be willing to cook my diet food, so I'm going to get stuck eating what they are willing to bring to me in bed...which will all be junk. I am just not going to stress over the scale or gaining a little weight back, and just focus on my foot and recovery and learning to walk all over again....and then go from there. I might still hop on here occasionally to see how you ladies are doing and support you in any way that I can, but there is no way I'll be standing on two feet in order to step on a scale for a long time. Sorry about having to drop out of the challenge, but I just don't see any other way =/

As for me... OMG this week has been awful so far. EVERYDAY I had some sort of junk/fast food. Its like I couldnt control it lol. My computer was on the fritz and I couldnt get on here for support like I always do when I feel the urge to eat, eat, eat and it drove me crazy... So I gave in. *hangs head in shame* On the bright side, my computer is back up and running fine and hopefully now I can stop the crazy eating haha.

HI all! Just wanted to apologize for my weigh in this week. I am up .6 lbs. I have been completely on plan, but its TOM for me. I had a feeling this morning when I measured. I measured my waist and thigh on Tuesday and my waist was 30" and my thigh was 23". Today I did all of my measurements and my waist was at 30.5" and my thigh was at 23.5". :( No way could I have gained a half inch other than water weight.

I am up 3 lbs this week :(. However, I lost some inches! I know that doesn't help with team stats but it makes me pretty happy. I started weight training so I retained some water.

Pssh. I was up 2 pounds on Sunday to 154. Two days later, it's Tuesday and I'm 151.5. Go figure.
ETA: I think it's weird that we count losses from week to week as opposed to the loss from original weight. Then you have people who gained weight one week and losing part of it the next week coming out above someone who is consistently losing a little every week, or staying the same, even though really the first person is still heavier than their original weight while the other two are lower. That doesn't really make sense.

I've been extremely inactive on 3fc! In fact I've been extremely inactive in losing weight lately as well. At least I've maintained. Oh well.
I spend a lot of time at the gym, I just need to get my eating habits in line, which means I really want to try and count calories all week this week!

Down 1.6 lbs this morning from my Friday BL weigh in. Hopefully I can get a little further down by this Friday and have excellent BL numbers this week!

hey guys...just thought I would post an update. I had my foot dsurgery on the 20th, and my foot is doing alright. I tripped and fell though and smashed my ribs into a metal chair and my knee into the floor....so now I have a broken rib, a badly bruised knee, and I still cannot walk on my foot. Oh, and now I have an inner ear infection as well, and there was a complication with my IV site from the surgery and I have phlebitis, which is very very painful and annoying....basically I am a mess and I have probably gained 20 lbs since the surgery....and I am not looking forward to the day I can finally step back on a scale. I hope you are all doing much much better then I am, and I may not post anymore, but I hope you all know I still check back in and i'm here for support if you need me. Good luck everyone =)
