Was able to get in my 4.5 miles. Don't know my time though, I inadvertantly shut my timer off at one of the streets waiting for the light and forgot to turn it back on, but it was slower than usual anyhow.

Did 4.5 miles in 52:55 - got a lovely leg cramp along the way!

Wednesday- Walked on my treadmill....

Thursday-Walked on my treadmill a little futher and a little faster. But have been tired all day. I'm afraid it was to much for me.

Only walked 3.5 miles today. Didn't sleep too good and have my interview today:D Better than nothing!
