Very busy day at work, but good eating day.

Breakfast
protein shake 4

Lunch
egg white omelet with jalapeno and cheese 2
veggie sausage 2
polenta 2

Snack
cashews 3

Dinner
tuna steak 4
cauliflower 0
bulghur 1.5

Total: 21.5 before late night snack

Exercise: compound training

me too on the busy part.
Now I'm off to clear off my desk and go pull artichoke plants out of the community garden.

breakfast:
luna 4
latte 2
1/2 bagel 3
some cream cheese 1
lunch:
chicken greek salad w/nf dressing 4
coffee 2
dinner ?

who knows
exercise: pulling plants, dog putter, gym, shopping with mom
water: not yet
sigh.

I'm so glad someone is having good eating days. My eating days have been good but only in the "eating good things and lots of them" kind of way.
