So, I've been using a 30-day running, weighted average to keep track of my weight loss. My thought is that my weight fluctuates from day to day based on all sorts of things... so for me a loss isn't a loss until it shows up on the smoothed out average.
Anyway.... I'm down 10 lbs!!! Woo-hoo!

Emily - my weight fluctuates as well, so I weigh daily but average it out for the week. Congrats on your weight loss! :carrot:

Way to go!! I don't use an average, but I don't really count my weight as being "the number" until I've been there (or lower) for a full week. So, I guess it is about the same thing :).
