I'm below my calories for the(just alittle)& I'm not 'starving'.Been keeping myself busy so I don't think about food.Trying to drink water first to see if I'm 'really hungry'.
I found a good combo for lunch...everyone at work thinks I'm weird...apple slices,string cheese & corn chips...260 calories...not bad & it holds me over.Now if I can find a good on th e go breakfast combo.
