What are you currently counting down to?

I just passed my Onderland milestone, and I'm headed toward 100 lbs lost! I've got 11.2 lbs to get there.:carrot:

Big milestone will be getting down to below 220 lbs....the first time I've gotten that low in about 5 years!!!!

I have lost 131lbs to date, I weighed 300lbs at my highest. I just reached my No-Longer-Obese goal just recently. My next goal is to reach 159lbs and after that to reach 150lbs - to mark that I have lost half of me!

I'm really looking to hit the 150's, i haven't weighed that since highschool/early college years.. I'm verryyy excited, and hopefully my knees won't be so pudgy that i can start wearing dresses and skirts.

100 lbs lost and normal weight will happen at the same time for me - 169.

I've got 20% lost coming up 6 pounds away, 50 pounds lost 3 pounds away, and if I make it to September 22 it will be longer than the longest time I have ever been on a "diet".

Those are the biggest, I have almost lost the same as my 10 year old weighs, and I am almost to the weight I was when I had her too.

08-31-2010, 09:18 PM
I'm 1.4 pounds away from losing 50 pounds (from when I first weighed but 70 pounds from my highest weight). After that, my next goal is losing 30% of my start weight. I'm 16 pounds away from that.

my next big one is 174 = just overweight, non longer obese according to my bmi

my 100 pounds lost = 33lbs away from today!

Trying to get to 185 right now..haven't ever seen that on the scale and it's 50 pounds away from my goal. 162 I guess would be the next "huge goal" as I would then be just "overweight". Being short stinks w/ BMI!!

Well, lately I've just been dying to get back to 234 again so I can lose some new weight. I've been fluctuating for months.

But my next BIG goal is 222. It will be the smallest I've been in my adult life, and half-way to my goal weight. It seems like there was a 3rd significance to 222 but I forgot. This is why I have to write everything down!

I want to see 175, or GOAL, at least the one I set for myself back in June 2009.... 13 pounds to go. To get to NORMAL I'd have to lose 24 more. At the rate I'm going that will take FOREVER.

Right now I am 223lbs. My next goal is to get to 200 or 190 by the end of Oct. I know I can do it. I just need to continue to exercise and eat healthy. No giving up or feeling unmotivated anymore. I just need to come to this site everyday and read all the encouraging posts.

Onederland! I don't think I've weighed under 200lbs. since 2006 (I weighed 90kg. when I had to have a physical done in Japan).

After that, getting to my college weight of 180lbs. Once I get to 180, losing the 23lbs. to get to final goal of 157lbs. will be cake (my goal is really 160, but I want to get to 157 just so I can say I lost 100lbs.!).

My next, and first milestone is 10% lost, which is twenty pounds away. That also gets me into a lower subclass of BMI.

Rosinante
09-01-2010, 02:04 AM
168, which, unless the scales in about 5 minutes show some massive loss or gain, is 18lbs away.

I lost a lot of weight in 2002-04, didn't try hard enough to finish to goal (16lbs only) or even to maintain. My last recorded weight in that struggle was 168. The one after that was 225 in January 2009; lost 50lbs, then back up to 215 on May 24th 2010.

To retrieve that 168 would be like rolling back the clock - to frankly, unbelievable proportions!

Onderland !! Followed swiftly (2lbs after) by 100lbs lost. I'm aiming for Christmas. 60lbs down since April 4th 2010 - WE CAN DO THIS !!! :carrot:

In the UK we work in stones and lbs, so the next big milestone for me will be when I hit 10st 13.5lbs, which is in 9.5lbs time. I haven't weighed 10st something since like forever ago, so it will be huge for me. And then it's onto GOAL of 10st 5lbs, so another 8.5lbs after that. Once I get to goal I may reassess and see if I want to go a little lower as my goal is JUST into a healthy BMI, but will see.

Just got my BMI under 40, next goal is 10% lost - in about 7lb.

Well, I still have 'Getting to Onederland' before me, but after that the next will be reaching 172 lbs/ 78 kg. Upper cut-off for overweight BMI category for my height and my personal big-honking mental barrier!

I seemed to have taken a slight detour this summer, but right now my next big goal is Onderland! I will hit 60#s right before that, but for me it has always been about seeing a 1 at the beginning of my weight again - hopefully real soon!!

I have one F@$%!#$ pound left to put me at 50 lbs lost.

Me, too! I thought I might get it this month (my "official" weigh in is on the first of each month), but I'll definitely get it next month!

My next big milestone is being down to 250. 250 is the lowest I'll have been in my adult memory (I was in the 260s when I got married almost 20 years ago).

Then I'll be resetting my ticker goal to 225. I'm not thinking past that.

Woooo hoooo!!!!!F@$%!$@# pound is gone.

50 lbs GONE!!!! :)

EDIT: I was going to claim 15% of body weight as my next goal, but weighing 284 IS losing 15%. The next major goal is 259. That's 75 lbs total pounds. That sounds like a huge number, until I realize I've already made it 2/3 of the way there.

I have 2 very close together...164 (which will put me at 100 lbs...just 12lbs away)!! Annnnddd, 158 which will put me in the "overweight" category...I'm hoping to hit both of those before Halloween (actually I'm hoping to surpass those before Halloween). I think i can lose 18lbs in 2 months...I've already broken my 3 week plateau...hopefully I won't have another one for a while.

My next BIG milestone is Onderland.

But, just to get out of the 220s would be thrilling. I'm stuck right now. However, I will continue to work at it.

Hope to see Onderland by Christmas.

My next big milestone (with many mini's along the way) is to reach 195, which will give me a threefer - Onederland, 100 lbs. gone and a BMI in the merely 'Overweight' range!

I may throw a party.

I'm shooting for 190. Be safely in Onederland, get my 50 pounds lost reward, and be 5 pounds lighter then I was the day I got married. I have 20 pounds to go! :D

My biggest milestone is reaching 195. Thal'll give me a threefer - Onederland, 100 lbs. lost AND a BMI that is merely 'Overweight'.

It is in my signature (I am big on mini-goals!) but it is to weigh 214, which was my husband's weight the first time I stepped on the scale back in January of this year.

The hubs is an extremely supportive and loving guy and tells me I am hot every day - both at 332 pounds and just this morning at 222 - but when I saw his weight back in January and complained that he has gained 20 pounds since we got married, I said, "I can't wait 'til I weigh only 214." His response was, "Oh honey, I doubt you will ever get down that low." It was a sucker punch as it is not something I would ever guess he would say out loud, and I know he didn't mean it in a mean way, but I just want to show him! I doubt he will even remember saying it as it was so off the cuff. But boy is it seared in my memory...

100 lbs. lost. I'm 2 stupid pounds away, but at my current rate of loss it will be end of October before I get there. Hey wait, I could hit 100 lbs down on my 51st birthday. Not too bad a tie in.

My next goal is to hit 202 pounds then I will be "overweight" not "obese".It has been almost 7 years since I was that weight (thanks in part to having 2 kids). My goal is to be there by Halloween!

1. The one that will mean a lot to me is to get to 224 pounds, (so -36 pounds) because that was my pre-pregnancy weight.
2. After that I'll be headed for Onederland
3. Then I'd like to see 178, the last time I lost weight I got to 179
4. Then 165, my target set by my Dr.
5. Then, if it's possible, 145, my weight at the end of highschool

My biggest one so far is reaching ONEderland. I've been there since June 2009. My next biggest will be 178. I will have lost 100 pounds then, and be the lowest weight since I was prob 15 yrs old. (I'm 31 ) When I got my lic at 17 my DL said 180, and it was a bold faced lie then. I know I was pushing 200 if not already over it. Soooo, 178 will be a huge milestone. Hope to get there before 2010 is over.

I could have sworn I'd posted to this thread, but apparently not.

My next goal is to hit 250 - another 25 pounds to go for that one. But my BIG goal is to reach 195; that will give me a "three-fer" - Onederland, 100 lbs. gone, and a BMI in the merely 'Overweight' range. I may throw myself a party on that day. :)

My first big one was going to be when I stopped being "extremely obese" according to fitday and became merely "obese." However, I just checked and with my .2lb loss today I am now officially "obese"! :carrot:

So, I guess my next big milestone will be 239lbs. That will be 20lbs lost AND I'll be in the 230's.:D

I am counting down towards 164. It's the weight that I need to be to have a "normal" bmi. I'm working hard to get there. I hope I make it!
