I have noticed something. The last few months I have started using a Progesterone cream to balance my hormones. Last month, there was a time that I felt like I struggled and I didn't know what it was. I started back on the Progesterone cream the other day, right about the time of Onederland. I have noticed the last couple of days that I feel bloated and like I am retaining fluid. I think it's the Progesterone cream. My memory from last month is that it passes after a couple days. I need to keep notes of everything in one place so I can figure things out easier.

Up from yesterday,I'm OK w/that.Didn't feel like exercising this morning.I pushed hard last month and today I'm psyching myself up for the rest of the month.

Apparently, we're trending. I'm up as well this morning... +1.4 to 199.2 - I think it's because we had unexpected guests last night so I didn't go to bed until about midnight and then I was up at 5:30 and at work earlier than usual. Doesn't help that I also had almost 3/4 of a litre of water right before I went to sleep! But I was sooo dehydrated.
Today promises to be a super long day. AND on top of all of that, I have to finish painting the closets tonight because the carpet is being installed tomorrow so I want to get rid of all the paint stuff. AND on top of all of that, the wedding is in 1.5 weeks.. I can't wait for Sept 13 to roll around so I can finally be stress-free. I feel like it's so long away! Oy vay, didn't realize I was that pent up.
Well, looks like TOM gets pissy when you talk about him went up 1.4 today . . . though I'm not even sure I can blame that on TOM, haven't had a decent 'bathroom experience' in a couple days, hmmmm hopefully that'll help out.
I'm issuing a new challenge to myself though. I've got a goodlife fitness 2 blocks from my work and an Hour long lunch, so . . . I'm thinking I need to try going at least 2 a week on my lunch (I normally only work 4 days a week) and then adding in 2 or 3 evening workouts on opposite days.
My maiden voyage is going to be today unless we get backed up again . . blah.
Wow, you guys post a lot! With my crazy work schedule (avg. 47 hours per week, this week 55-60) I may only be able to keep up with this one thread!
August saw a 5lb loss for me, and I've just moving those days over here 'cause I need something positive to look at everyday!
I think a mini goal for September will be to get seven hours of sleep at least six days a week, since I think I read once not sleeping enough can hinder weight loss. Is that right?

StarGetsFit, good for you on the .2. I've heard that also about sleep along with drinking enough water.
OK gotta get to my workout before I stay on here and decide not to do it I got good numbers on the scale this morning 1.5 hours before I normally weigh I am 1.2lbs down from yesterday at 170.4lb. Now only .4 away from my Labor Day goal. Thanks for all of the positive reinforcement and having my back during my crazy stalls . You ALL are the BEST
