Default When will losses regulate?

Hi all! I've been doing WW for a week and a half now. Since starting, I've seen a loss of over 10lbs. I understand that it's common to see more drastic losses early on, but that as I continue on the plan my losses should normalize. How long will this beginning adjustment usually last?

TIA!

Either any time soon or the 12th of Never!

It would not be uncommon for you to have a week, even more, of no losses, after such a big loss to start with - for which, well done! btw.

I'm averageing just over 2lbs a week - but some weeks it's 4, some weeks it's 0 or half a pound. I guess that's just my normal now but it's not a very normal normal.
