I was 100% yesterday. Water - 64 oz., Carbs 19 gms, exercise - the entire Soloflex routine.

:dizzy: Had a very good food day yesterday and am down 4 more pounds at my weigh in last night at TOPS!!!
Woo-HOOOOO!!! So I'm on my way again.

I tell ya, the only thing that is saving me this time is the exercise. I mean the food has also been going great but it hasn't been this good, so I am going to keep moving and shaking this booty. I want to be down to 270 by the end of November - I hope, I hope.

Okay, have done great today so far. We are getting ready to go to Vancouver, Canada for a couple of days tomorrow and Saturday night so am going to try to stick to my food plan and get lots of walking in. :dancer:

Had the day off of work today and it has been very relaxing. aaaaaaaaahhhh:yawn: Will be going to Jazzercise in a couple of hours so I have to get some energy going.:mouse:

Hi guys! Haven't weighed yet, so don't know how I fare there, but I am eating well and doing better on water. I need to work in the more sleep department and the exercise department! Got my Leslie Sansone tapes, finally watched tonite after dinner. I was too full to follow along but I will be starting it after work tomorrow. Yay, finally, exercise!
