Hi, I use this as my dessert on Sundays mostly, it is not carb free but it is closer than most.


Chocolate pie

1 box sugar free chocolate fudge pudding ( I use Jello brand)
1 ready made low fat grahm cracker crust
1 tub of whipped cream

Make the pudding as the box instructions say, then add 1/2 cup whipped cream and fold it into the pudding until good and mixed, add mixture into the crust and chill for an hour.

Also to save carbs you can eat it without the crust and it tastes wonderful and you wont be able to tell its sugar free!!!! :)

Thanks! I'm dying for sweets! I must be a big-time carboholic. Do you know how many grams 1/8 of the pie has? I'm sure I can figure it out if you haven't. Send more :)

I think if I am correct its around 14 carbs per 1/8 of the crust and all, but eaten without the crust its around 5 or so, I love it both ways myself and it is a big treat!! You have a great day!!! God Bless!
