Hi Sandi - thanks

Well - Wednesday was a hard day for me ... can we take 1 point on food? I stayed "on program", but cashed in every available calorie, ROFL. This is Thursday - and this morning I felt "yucky" - "logy" and paid for those 10 hard candies!

Water = 1

Exercise = 0
