I don't have a scale at home (only at work) so I've entered my weight as of today.
(Start) 8/29: 163.6
9/5: 162.4 -1.2 lbs -.73%
9/12: 160.8 (-1.6lbs) (-.99%)
9/19: 161.4 +.6 lbs +.37%
9/26: 159.8 -1.6 lbs -.99%
10/3: 158.2 - 1.6 lbs -1% I seem to have a theme with 1.6 lbs. Odd.
(Final) 10/10: 159.4 +1.2 lbs +.76% This makes me sad as i have been OP and have worked out 6 times since Monday. I am assuming it is water weight due to my sore muscles, but it still sucks!
