Going the wrong way...
Last week seemed to go really well. I lost a lb a day...3 days in a row. Well, they found me. My husband came home Sunday night. My classes (and the kids started back to school) on Monday. I leave the house around 6:30...drive an hour and half...go to class...drive an hour and a half home...go to work...work 8 hours come home. I'm soooo tired.
I'm still staying within my calorie range. I probably could drink more water, but I'm still getting 6 to 8 glasses a day. I just seem to be going in the wrong direction. Can being tired make you gain weight?
