its like losing weight never existed. I havent gained any weight back except 2 lbs but its that TOM so im assuming it will go away. I used to go to the gym 5days a week. I take a few days off and i completely stop eating good. Well its back to busting my *** at the gym!! glad i didnt gain all 22 lbs i lost back
It's part of the cycle. The all or none mentality. Any excuse to eat. I think it's funny how we must have everything perfect. Yeah we have perfected excuses to stay fat and that's about it. We sure haven't perfected a healthy lifestyle to get us to this point.
