For the third day in a row i have succeeded in excersising. And not only did i walk outside today i also did a one mile Leslie Sansone dvd. If only i could get on track with my calories then i would be doing not only good but great.
On the down side my back hurts. I don't have a sports bra that really fits. I have a 44G bra and i should be wearing a 44I bra. So my back and chest are paying for it.
And i have gained a pound but I am not really worried about that. It's probably just from having sore muscles anyhow.
Overall I feel great. Tommorrow I will excersise again. Hopefully.
