Stephanie ... you are beautiful! Your post shows a lot of sadness and anxiety about weight, which I totally understand. Luckily, your great smile doesn't show this pain.

Reason 101. I hate being fat, because I deserve better.

Thank you, Hyacinth. Yes, there has been a lot of anxiety and sadness over it, but I'm feeling more motivated now than I have in a very long time, so the happiness is returning. :)

Stephanie Thank You for posting this Thread. Alot of times we forget how much being overweight affects us. Next, time I want to overeat I will be more conscious of it.

I second this. I am going to print your post, and keep it folded in my wallet for reading when I am out and about and get the urge to go off plan. Quite a reality check, and I can identify with all (except the age, lol.. I am 56)

Daughter of Venus, I love your thread, part of it is a "sticky" on my fridge!!!

This is a post I think all of us can related to. I know there were a lot there that I was like, "Oh, I feel that way!". Airplane seats, jiggling during any activity, hating to be photographed...and on and on.

Let's use this as our motivation to keep going on our weight loss!
