Good morning everyone. I'm so happy and excited!!!!! I woke up this morning and weighed my self. I'm now 199.4IBs. I haven't been in the hundreds in two years. This just motivated me more. I'm going to jog 3 miles this afternoon. I really happy and excited is because I didn't use any diet pills or follow MBC diet plan. I just used the education they gave me about lean meats, veggies, carbs, and sweets. Oh yeah can't forget about the weighing the food. I'm at the point that I'm very good at eye balling it. All I can say if u are really dedicated and this is a lifestyle change for u than it will be easy. But if u are just calling it a diet just to lose weight, I'm sorry to say its gonna sneak back up on u. One last thing, I officially started my lifestysle change without diet pills on May 12, 2010.

Wow good for you!
My lil gal at the center gave me a great analogy the other day. She said if someone stuck your head under water and held it there what would you do?
I said fight for my life! She said right.. and that takes dedication right? I said of course. Well she said if we want this weight loss to happen we need to fight with all we have and have dedication! We need to fight for our lives! I know I was killing myself with all the food I ate. So this time with this lifestyle change I am fighting for my life...
So 30208 good for you for putting the fight in for your life :) Keep up the great work, and hope you had a great jog!

Thank u too everyone who commented. If any one needs like the menus, I think I still got most. My mini goal is to 196 by Sept 16.
