Cool The good days outnumbering the bad! ;)
This morning I realized something! I have been dealing with a lot of stress. Single mom, 4 kiddos, house, bills, plus a broken relationship of 5 years. Things are incredibly ugly between him and I to say the least. I had a bad day yesterday... emotionally... I was feeling like I missed him and wanted him to come home. (This is NOT a good relationship for me mentally and emotionally)
Anyhow, I came home lastnight and the emotions that normally would have led to binging and eating everthing I could in the shortest amount of time, were the same ones that kept me exercising... I did 2 more miles of Leslie, 30 minutes free run on the Wii and some hula!!! YAY!

I can and will recover from this!!! I can do it!!

18th day on plan and not ONE slip up!!
