Default Another *newbie*

Hey everyone! I have been struggling with losing weight since I had my last baby... 15 months ago. So, I've lost 25lbs in 15 mo, but really... let's be honest... about 18 of that was without trying at all! I just can't seem to get motivated enough to diet for more than a week... then I cheat and it's all over I'm hoping to find some support to keep me motivated. All of the stories on this site are a great start Thanks for reading and hope to hear any words of encouragement or strategies that have worked for you

I hear ya on the weight after baby! Our 3rd and 4th were 23mo apart and I just didn't watch what I ate with #4.

Strategies that worked for me?... Get the junk out of your house. Stop baking "for the kids." Plan healthy meals and snacks. Keep fresh fruit and cut veggies on hand. Plan your meals.

It's taken me a year to loose 50+ pounds, so I certainly don't have the secret to quick and easy weight loss. BUT - if you just do the NEXT right thing, the days will string together and the pounds will come off.
