Anyone who knows me, knows that I am an avid vegetable hater. I do OK with fruit, although I could do better. But the veggies. Other than an occasional salad - nadda. Now that the calories are in check , I really need to improve my choices and vegetables are first on my list. We have a great recipe thread here (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/100-lb-club/126111-101-ways-make-vegetables.html) but I'd also like to buy a cookbook. Anyone have a "must-have" suggestion?
