As a retired nurse I am well used to this in patients… 3 crosses in the bowel book then ‘Roll over Mrs Jones’
I’m not exactly clogged solid, but even though I’m having a well balanced diet with a 180ml glass of water every hour I’m still slowing up. I exercise moderately every day and walk where I used to take the car.
Freshly squeezed orange juice and grapefruit are part of my diet regime, also weetabix. I can’t take any more fluid on board because at my age I’m back and fore to the bathroom all night as it is
Hubby says it is just my body settling onto a new life-style. Anybody else have this problem at the start?
