I lost 2 lbs!!!! I kinda like this new plan and I like it even better if it works!! :D

I will be completly honest, earlier in the week the loss was more, I didn't make very good choices over the weeeknd. But I am still thrilled with a loss!! :cb:

My first week here and back on track:

I am down 2 and a half! Woo hoo!

I want to drink more water and exercise at least 3 times this week (none last week).

My weigh in this morning - 208.5. That is 1.5 down from last week. Could be better, but not too bad!

I was due for yet another gain... after my two week pig out I gained 1.6 lbs

next week it will be off :)

Up one pound this week, touching 239lbs.
Bad choices have killed my weight loss, not bad food, just horrible snack choices and not focusing on my priorities. I am very disappointed in myself.
oh well, maybe next week will be better.

Way to go Sandi on getting back on track and to all us "losers" this week! It sure is good to see the majority of us losing. It keeps the motivation flowing...:D

I am back on track as well it seems, lost another pound! I still have to lose 6 1/2 to make Halloween goal. Hopefully I will make it or come very close-two more weeks- so it is possible!!

Dougie-dont beat yourself up-just keep trying. Focusing on yourself is very important. How about setting a goal for yourself?
Like just to try to lose 5 pounds in the next month or something. Then reward yourself with something non food for reaching it like a new pair of pants! good luck

Not official weigh in day for me.....but got on the scale and 4 of the 5 pounds from TOM is gone. I'm a 7 dayer and am still have my visitor!! Man do I hate it!! Anyhoo, noticed that my wedding ring is moving again. All that water retention, and I could barely tug it off. Now it's back to be annoying and getting stuck between fingers. I swear, you just can't make some people happy :D

Dougie, up one pound is not too bad. Don't beat yourself up about it. You are doing great. You are right about poor snack choices, but we all do it sometimes.

*sigh* I GAINED this week :(:(:( .6 of a pound, but still a gain. This is the very first time since I started WW in April that I haven't lost, & I'm not feeling too good about it. It's that TOM for me, so I don't know if that's it. I've weighed in before with my period here & still lost, so who knows.

I suppose to be completely honest with myself, I haven't been journaling like I should be. Maybe sneaking in one too many bites here & there. But I also really do think that I wasn't THAT bad this week. Don't know what's going on, but I do know that it's pissed me off.

I'm going to be diligent about journaling & exercising this week. If no loss next week, I'll know something's up. It just sucks that I've been on such a good streak, & now I feel like it's just taken a turn for the worse. :(:(

Kayla - now you know that you can't put so much stock in 1 weigh in. I bet next week is great. Especially since it's TOM!! Let it roll right off. I mean...it's not even a whole pound. That could have been your diet soda from lunch. Keep up the good work, you are doing awesome!!

Elaine - my new plan is to make the best choice possible. So if I am stuck at Wendy's make the BEST choice, not just say, oh well! Like the other day I was on my way home from work and I REALLY wanted a snack. So I stopped at a gas station and instead of my usual 370 calorie snack, I search for 10 minutes to find the lowest calorie "goody" (170) that I could find.

Went to the dr today. According to his scale I am up 12# since 2 weeks ago. I know I've been sick & consequently not moved my *** AT ALL, but is that even medically possible?

I'm giving myself the rest of today to stew about this, then I am done. I will be back on track tomorrow.

I don't think that 12# is really possible to do in two weeks. If you haven't really been moving around that much it could easily be water weight. Give it a couple of days and see.

I did 7 pounds in one week. I had been overseas in No Fast Food Land for two and a half years and made a visit Stateside to see my aunt graduate from law school. I must have eaten at every single fast food restaraunt out there for that week! I drove from Kansas City to Grand Forks, N.D. (a 13 hour drive) for the graduation, and I stopped at LEAST six times for food in that 13 hours! I stopped twice for onion rings - once at Burger King and once at A&W.

But, I figure I was downing about 7,000 calories a day. Like Denise said, yours is probably mostly water.

Oh yeah. Duh :doh: I forgot to post my weigh in. It's been about a week and a half since my last weigh in, and I'm up 3 lbs. Stress....but no excuses.

Hi, it's been a while since I've posted. Lost .5 this week. Grand total now at 70.5. Still have tendinitis in arms unfortunately.

JML - 70.5 pounds is FANTASTIC!!! It's hard sometimes to stick with this when all these other things are going on with our health, our families, work, etc. But a HUGE congratulations to you for sticking with it! :)
