Mini-Goals - 10 lbs gone this month

I did it. Work out really hard and consistently Atleast 5-6 days a week. I have been eating healthy also. All I need to lose is 20 more. My next goal is to lose 5 more. I know the second month will be harder because u always lose the most the first month. I'm determined!

Congratulations! Way to go--especially at your relatively low weight, that's really hard to do!! Keep up the good work!!
