Well after the Saturday night movie and chip fest and Thanksgiving dinner where I :ink: out on trifle I am at 156 lbs, not too bad all things considered :)

Well I am still holding at 154. Which is a miracle in itself since I ate horribly all week.

Still holding at 192. I look to be the fattest one here so far. Back to the gym tomorrow to work off my pies.

:censored: 178 this morning! I'm hoping it's water gain, this being my period week, AND since I behaved much better this last week! Maybe the fat molecules were just hovering around my body and didn't decide to attach themselves until this weekend?:dizzy:

Ellis, I am the fattest one here! I'm 208 this morning.
BUT I will be less than that this time next week! I walked Sunday and yesterday and will do it again today! I might even get to like it! :shrug:

I go to the dr tomorrow, where I'll get weighed & my BP checked. I've had a sinus infection for the last 3 weeks, so I might've lost some, but I'll still be the fattest one here. :ink: 2 weeks ago I was 290, let's just hope I've at least maintained.

On a happier note, I can almost fit into my old size 22 jeans. I'd given them to my mother, saying, "I won't fit into these again for awhile." They are skintight in the tummy, but I can get in them. :) Baby steps, man!

hello ladies,
Went to TOPS tonight and as I expected I gained. But all things considered it was not too bad. I only gained 1 lb, and I ate all week long, but I also exercised so I guess that counter balanced it. I am okay with this, I have also been building up muscle too, so that could be part of the gain as well. Yeah thats it, Muscle gain!
There now I am happy!

Virginia, everytime I step on the scale I think, "What the heck is going on here!?" When are we going to lose weight?! We've become such fitness/gym freaks... is it too much to ask that the front of my thighs show less dimple? Or that the three rolls on my back become one? waaaaaaaaaah

Halloween is fast approaching... who out there set weight loss goals for the end of October?

I believe my personal goal was five pounds this month :eek: which would put me at 188. This means I better get back on track VERY fast... although I am happy to report that the scale read 190.5 today (1.5 down from Monday). However, I usually manage to put some of that back on over the weekend. But I am DETERMINED not to eat my way through the weekend. And I really need to start exercising again... as my exercise log is blank for this week.

Ok everyone... let's really pull it all together over the next couple of weeks and kiss those pounds good bye! Halloween will be here before we know it!

another week and I have lost...NOTHING! ugh!!! but then again, I have not gained anything either...somehow that just aint come you can eat one cheese doodle and gain 15 pounds and diet for a week and loose nothing...retorical question.

I weighed in at 255 this week, 9 lbs down from 2 weeks ago. Here I'm feeling all proud and accomplished and then I catch a random look in a mirror...:yikes:
Talk about miles to go before you sleep!

HOWEVER...I am determined not to sidetrack myself this time. I am exercising daily! I will succeed. And I will avoid those scary, long mirrors at the gym for a while.

Still holding at 154, though I did see a 152 once over the weekend. I think it was just a 2 second crazy scale thing though.

I looked up my "healthy weight range" on the weight watchers site. I don't want to be in their healthy range. It was 106-121. There is no way I even WANT to lose 30lbs! I would be happy with maybe 10 or 15 more. That's it.

I didn't like what the scale was doing on Monday so I didn't finish weighing myself. It wasn't going where I wanted it to go so I just jumped off before I knew the actual number!!! I'll weigh myself tomorrow...for real...and let you know. My goal was to be 179 by Halloween. There is still time but wishing alone won't get me there...gotta work at it...right girls?

Still on my gym hiatus. Did I spell that correctly? Hope to get back there soon. Ellis, hang in there sweety. It will show eventually. Our bodies don't always cooperate but if we keep moving and keep taking in oxygen and spitting out carbon dioxide we burn fuel just like an engine and we generate heat and we lose weight. Just keep the fuel to a minimum...put in premium grade stuff ...and run that motor!!!! Boy, I can preach its time to do it...somebody kick my fat you-know-what.....

Squeak-I'm in the same boat as you!!! My range is 99-116 pounds. My reaction? FORGET ABOUT IT!!! If I can get to 140 I'd be happy!!!!!

Not doing well at all chickies. I am totally off program and feeling blah.......

You need a little pick-me-up. Let's all chip in and collect a million bucks for Dentrassi. Maybe we'll have to consider the bank heist again...

I bet if you took your measurements again you would see improvements because of all that exercising you have been doing. Go find that tape measure!!:D

Hi I'm at 183.5 down 12.5 pounds from my all time high!
Exercising alot...eating less....
happy camper....
don't think that I'll lose 4.5 pounds by Thursday so I didn't reach my goal but
at least it went down.
I think that I was at 187 when I made the goal so I lost 3.5 pounds.

lets do it girls!

207.5 - 'nuff said! Why the heck do I buy Hallowe'en candy ahead of time! I am really trying to stay low carb to see if i can get the blood sugar under control but........

I am up 4lbs!!!!! Damn. Ok so I ate more this weekend then I do all week I think. It was very good, esp. the Banana Fosters. (or whatever it is called). Back up to 158. grrrrrr.

Well, when I went to the dr, the scale said 302. I thought "Is it even possible to gain 12# in 2 weeks?" I was down for a while & it made me sad.

Then this Saturday I weighed myself @ my friend's & it said 295 or thereabouts. So I am doing better!

I stepped on the scale this morning... still at 192 which is inflated since of course I got my period yesterday. I expect that number to go back down a pound or two within the next couple of days. So hopefully I will show more of a loss by the end of the month. I have been totally off track these last two weeks so I am actually completely relieved that I haven't gained anything.

Hey gang,
Went to TOPS tonight and I am down another 2.5 lbs. That makes a grand total of 25 lbs from July 29th. Not bad for three months, could be better , but I am very happy with that! Ate like a pig tonight though. We weighed in and then went to on of the girls home to have a party. Just a pick me up party/Halloween! Lots of delicious food. First time in three months that I felt so full I would burst. But it was great and think I deserved a fun night out.

Anyone else weighing for Halloween? I am at 191 today... didn't meet my goal which is no surprise since I've been completely off track for the last couple of weeks having my emotional crisis. But I'm feeling back into the swing of things today and at least I lost a couple of pounds this month.
