Whoopee!

In spite of the fact that I did not exercise and only get 1 measley point this week for that area I lost 1# pound!

So, since I started here two weeks ago today here are my current totals...

Total Loss: 3.0

Apparently I forgot to post my weigh in last week. Probably because I was only down .2 lb. But considering wedding, vacation (?), trip, and four horribly hectic days, I think that was a blessing.

Congrats Krickett and Kittymilk!

Me, I am up and down the same few pounds for close to 6 weeks now. I write my weight down in a pocket calender. So now hopefully I can get on to my next goal which is Halloween. It was 243 and I will work hard to get to it or as close as possible since we dont have much more time!
I have lost two pounds this week!
