Was a good day despite gloomy, rainy day.

Breakfast
protein shake 4

Lunch
refried beans with brown rice, cheese and jalapenos 7

Snack
soy butter on california bread 4

Dinner
smoked tempeh 4
veggies 0
cheese 1

Total: 20 so far before my late night snack

Exercise: weight training and kickboxing
