Default back after a week

So i decided to stop calorie counting for about 2 weeks to do phase 1 of sb (no carbs,no fruit, no sugar). well i finished 4 days and im back already. It made me so sick (constipated) that I cant even finish. Plus im so sick of meat, and cheese. Calorie countings a little slower for weight loss but i think ill take that to be able to enjoy my food.

Great lesson learned! It does us no harm to shop around a bit until we find what's right for us.

I tried intuitive eating, didn’t loose but didn’t gain. Low carbs was good first time but then I had a beer and chips at the cottage and gained back all I have lost plus was very sick for couple of days. Second time around with low carbs, I gained 3 lb over the week. Today is my first official day back to calorie counting, but this time around I am gonna stick to it until I get my 124 lb back on scale!!!
