Hello everyone! It has been a few years since I have been on Atkins. I did it about 6 years ago and lost about 12lbs. Well.....guess what is back??? Yup - you guessed it! 12+lbs!!! I was even surprised that my login worked still!

I am swearing back into my low carb lifestyle!! I started induction 3 days ago (on day 3 now). So far, so good except for those headaches!!! I have no quit the caffine this time however. Maybe next week....... Funny enough I didnt weigh myself before, but I have a darn good guess at my weight!!!

My reasons for coming back to Atkins are mostly the same as everyone elses. Ease, no counting, and results + the obvious of feeling great and no bloat!!! I am a flight attendant so eating on the road is one of the hardest parts of any program, but with Atkins you can always find something!!! We can only take so much along with us in our lunch bags!!

I was reading around here for today for a bit, it still amazes me how supportive everyone on here is and so helpful!

What are you packing for your flights? I love ideas for food-to-go since I'm a teacher and put in some long days without appropriate food unless I pack it.
