Has anyone tried the recipes listed on the diet direct website?
If you scroll down they are at the bottom of the menu on the left.
What have you tried? Are they any good...comparison to the real foods?

Here's an example:
Beefy Mushrooms and Rice
Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix 1 pkt
Ground Sirloin 3 oz
Garlic Powder ¼ tsp
Mushrooms, sliced ½ cup
Green Onions, diced 2 tbsp
Water, boiling ½ cup
Parsley ½ tsp
Brown Rice, cooked ⅓ cup
No Stick Cooking Spray As needed
Brown the ground sirloin over medium heat in a skillet coated with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle meat with the garlic powder, add mushrooms and green onion continue cooking until mushrooms are tender. Combine soup mix and parsley and add boiling water. Stir soup and rice into beef mixture and simmer 2 minutes. Serve
