Chia seeds or other fiber supplements?
They are talking about chia seeds over on the South Beach diet section of 3fc.
I wonder if adding flax seeds or chia to the plan is a good idea. I'm thinking of picking up some benefiber anyway. Might try the next new thing. The texture sounds kinda awful tho I may want to hide it in food not make the lemon fresca.
Chia has 139 calories per ounce-Ouch but 11 grams of fiber and 10% of your calcium. Oddly even with the whole wheat and whole grains Fitday says I'm low on fiber and on potassium.
