Ok So me and my sister are doing a weightloss challenge, we're aiming to lose 30lbs by Christmas. I was just wondering if anyone out there wanted to join in on this! We do weigh in's on Mondays.
And as of last Monday this is how my weight stands
While we're posting our CW/GWs, would anyone care to also post what small changes they plan to make in order to make it happen? I am
~getting off my butt and exercising again, even if it's only twenty minutes a day
~giving up soft drinks
~eschewing fast food
I'm planning to cut out all chocolate/sweets except for once a week, be more strict about my zig-zagging and exercise more with my dog (she's a little chunky herself...)
I'd like to join as well, 30 lbs would put me at goal! My weigh-in day is Wednesday so I'll post my starting weight then.
I'm going to start being more firm about staying in my calorie range (1400-1600), journaling my food every day, and working out (C25K, yoga, walking, weights) 5 days a week.
We can do this girls!
