Thank goodness it's Friday!!! :)

Hope this challenge is going great for everyone!

Food: 2 points
Water: 1 point
Exercise: 45 minute walk at lunch; will do toning exercises when I get home :)

Hello again,

Food = 2 (took apples/caramel sauce to bridge - ate only the apples - everyone else loved the caramel sauce!)
Water = 1
Exercise = None AGAIN!

This has been a BAD week for me exercise wise :(
