Hello!! I'm new to the board
My weight has been yoyo-ing for the last couple of weeks & I don't understand why.
I've lost a total of 45 pounds so far & it's really boosted my confidence, but I've got about another 15 or so to go, and it's really frustrating that I can't get rid of it, because I'm so close to my goal.
My diet is very simple.... just count calories & do light weight lifting and cardio. It's worked great up until this point.
Nothing has changed in my diet... I'm eating the same calories & doing my exercises, but I'm going back & forth between 3 or 4 pounds. I'll be doing great at the start of the week, but at the end of the week I magically seem to gain a pound overnight!! Then the day after that I gain another pound. But at the start of the next week, I lose a pound & a half, and the process repeats itself. It's really taking a toll on my motivation.
Should I reduce my calories?? Maybe with so many pounds lost, I no longer need as many calories as I was eating. I'm at a loss.... I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
