Stress got the best of me late at night causing one helluva binge.

Breakfast
protein shake 4

Snack
egg 2
california bread 1
cheese 1

Lunch
herb crusted veggie cutlet 3
cheese 1

Snack
protein bar 4

Dinner
veggie meatballs 3
peppers 0
broccoli 0

This is where it all fell apart. Got up and down all night. Grabbing a teaspoon or two of soy butter (sorta like peanut butter but soy) each time I got up. No idea how many points I consumed.
