I knew in January that I needed to make a change. From January to March, I lost 7 lbs. and then started really putting it into high gear. I have lost another 33 since March and am well over halfway to my final goal.
First pictures are from January at my highest weight of 240
and this picture is -40 lbs. from this past weekend.
I still have a lot of work to do, but I'm very pleased with the results so far!
