Every Day IS a NEW DAY. I know when I slip or eat something unhealthy or worse... loaded with useless calories that I can stop the downward spiral immediately by just saying "tomorrow is another day". New Day Today ... a new beginning. Starting fresh on losing weight and not beating yourself up over having that ice cream, or brownie or candy bar is far more effective! So today is a new day... I hope everyone looks in the mirror and smiles. WE CAN DO THIS!
