so I went from loathing going to the gym to loving it! How the heck does that happen in 3 months?!? LOL

It was like pulling teeth to get me to the gym now I can't wait to go. I guess that is a good thing!

Endorphins! I also look at my exercise time as "me time". It is the time when I can put on my headphones and check out from the world for a little while. I look forward to that.

I think figuring out that exercise does not have to be torture or the enemy is a big step!!

I loved it when I lived close to the Gold's Gym and could go to the classes there. I always made sure to work out in the front too, so I wasn't able to let myself stop without a dirty look from the teacher. ^_^ I started doing the counts and kept track of which side we'd already done as well. I became a workout dork. It still doesn't feel right to not work out. I can't wait to get back into my routine. Diet is reined in, now it's time to start burning.
