A new 4 week challenge and support thread.

Roll up, roll up (and walk out, hopefully).

I pledge 10lbs and a much more doable 360 minutes of exercise: 30 mins, 3 x week.

I shall!

Stef 219: 219: 210 and 360
Trudiha 182: 182: 169 and no boozing, no binging and no ducking out of the exercise

God but we're hard on ourselves!

I know, you are all off on holiday, enjoying the sun....

1st weigh tomorrow.....

As my blood tests came back OK I will be walking tomorrow morning with about 10 minutes of boxing at the end of it! Hopefully!

I would like to join too please.....have a wedding and hen party to go too and want to look hot!!

I am in Kgs (the numbers smaller)

Goal for end Aug 6kgs...its alot but I am focused...just need to steer clear of the vino

Week 2

Well, no exercise this week, though I have been more active. Something is going right as I have lost 3lbs! I may make the month's target and may even get into Onederland early!

Down to 85kg today...honestly a bit disappointed, guess my body just wants to hold onto the fat. I am off to Devon to visit family for the week so will check in next Friday when I am back......I am going to be soooo good next week that I would make an angel look bad
