I find that Lean Cuisnie for one meal a day helps me with portion control. It tates great too. I buy the ones that are less than 300 calories and love the basil chicken pasta dish and also the turkey with scallop apples. I also have yoplait yogurt light for treats (no more than 2 a day) and sugar free jello individual packs ... only 5 calories.

I LOVE lean cuisine, too! It's funny, a lot of the things you mentioned are a part of my daily meals. Lean Cusine is awesome because it's quick and easy to eat at lunch, with perfect portions and great tasting food!
I also love those Kellog's Fiber Plus bars to serve as my "dessert". They're only 120 calories with 9 grams of fiber! Plus, they taste almost like a candy bar.
