- friends, family, this site, cell phone, internet, facebook

- DS had a great time at the retreat and golfing time

- my sister is feeling hopeful about her back surgery today

Today is a good day and I am feeling grateful for so many things.

- I feel so good. Two years ago I would not have thought it possible to feel so good.
- I have an extra busy week this week. Work during the day and VBS at night at church, yet I am holding out fine. I could not have done this two years ago.
- Record attendance at VBS
- I am in charge of crafts for VBS. We have completed the tee shirt painting and the footprints. The hard, messy things are done and the rest of the week should be a piece of cake. (Cake to have, not to eat. )
- My New Balance sneakers that make me want to move!
