Hi, I just rejoined online and I keep going over my points
I don't know what I am doing wrong- I guess I am so used to eating more that I just keep going over my points... but I do use my 35 weekly point allowance and I am not sure how to change going over my points!
Pre-plan your meals and eat only what is on your plan. I plan my meals for a week on Friday, grocery shop on Saturday and my week begins on Sunday so I am totally prepared. The first thing I do is put in my dinners, then I put in all the HGs for each day. Then I fill in with the points that are left over. I use half my points for breakfast and lunch and the other half for dinner and snacks. Having a little protein with every meal and snack will keep you feeling full all day.
