Me too, weddings, out of town visitors, illness, tempramental toddler . . . I let too many things give me excuses.
Not this month. I've downloaded an app for my blackberry so I can keep track of calories and exercise on the go, it should keep me on track and motivated.

Down .2 today to 203.6. My back injury is acting up again :( and I'm not happy about it. I was sick (really bad allergies that were affecting my ability to balance, so working out was impossible), then worked out one day, and the next day my back was hurting, so I haven't worked out for another 3 days. Bah! I hate it! I feel like a big lump on the sofa :lol. I've been trying to stay sort of active within the confines of what my back will let me do, because I don't want to make it worse by complete inactivity. So I've been doing light housework and getting up and walking around the house and yard for 10 minutes or so every hour. It's not hurting nearly as bad as it did the last time, but I don't want to do anything that will send it in that direction. I'm hoping that once AF is finally gone, the back pain will let up a bit - because I think the standard period lower back pain is making the injury lower back pain feel worse (if that made any sense :lol:).

Anyhow, I had a great July, weightloss wise. I lost 9.8 lbs, which is my best month in ages. I didn't think it was going to happen, but my whoosh came through for me in the last week.

Well July was really good for me (lost 15 lbs) - but that was also my first real month back on plan, so that's part of the loss too. Anyway hoping for a good August, hopefully 10 pounds will be gone and I will be that much closer to onederland! Up .2 today, but I expected it because I had a whoosh between July 30 and 31st, so that's OK...I know it's nothing to do with what I ate because I was on plan.

Diana - I did only gain 1.5 on my vacation, but the 2 weeks leading into it the scale sloooowly started to creep up. This month is a new chance! Thanks for pointing out the seemingly obvious :)

Coondocks - aww, thanks! I've never really thought of myself as persistent, and yes, I will be giving it as much as I can! I have an out of town guest who LOVES to eat out, but luckily the rest of us are managing to over-rule her! Last night we ended up at Carlos and Murphy's!

I have to admit I am avoiding the scale, I have TOM, so thats part of it. Tuesday after a good nights sleep I will though!

Can I join in too?? I've been a member here for several months now, but just recently recommitted and joined Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago. My "official" WW weigh-ins happen on Monday nights when I go to my meeting. But I also weigh myself at home in between. So on Mondays I'll be posting two sets of numbers, what my home scale says and what WW says.

7/31 Weight - 311.1 (down about 8-ish pounds since 7/19 when I started WW)

July was interesting for me. I went on vacation on the 13th. I gained almost 10 pounds during vacation - there's a great deal of salt use at my father's house. TOM was visiting me for 18 days of July. I got the vacation weight back off and finished the month with a gain of .2 and was at 167.4 on July 31. I also had some computer issues and wasn't able to come to 3FC, grrr! Computer is better now and so am I. I'm hoping for a much better month for August. I'm hoping to land somewhere in the mid 150s by the end of the month.

another dissapointing weigh in today, so I'm not doing another one until I have some 'regularity'
Of course I had to run out of metamucil so friday till this morning I wasn't having it and MAN has it made a difference.
Didn't make the best choices over the long weekend, but they weren't horrible either, so I'm pretty convinced that the gain im seeing is due to system back up ha ha.
Glad to see everyone else is trucking along!!

Good morning everyone!

I meant to come and post yesterday because I hit a new low 197.7 (yesterday, but woooo hoooooo)! Finally saw that damn 7 that's been so elusive. But alas, it wasn't for long. TOM's been gearing up for a couple of days and being quite a pain (literally) and it finally hit this morning, so I'm back up to 199.1 (how sad). I was really good with trying to stay on plan this long weekend, maintaining portion control and not indulging recklessly, especially since we had 3 barbeques and two other dinners. Aye yi yi.

The tenants in our basement finally moved out on Saturday and since hubby and I live with his parents (puke), we're moving into the basement - has it's own kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms - I can make one into my study so I'm not at the kitchen table when I work from home. So this week is going to be crazy with getting it prepped for paint, then painting on the weekend, amidst various other cleaning. The tenants cleaned when they left, but I want to make sure it's up to my standards. I'm a bit disappointed because it was in a lot better shape before they moved in and now we have quite a bit of work to do. Many of the kitchen cabinets are loose, one door totally off, they broke the mirror on the closets (which now have to be replaced completely) and the vanity mirror in the bathroom went missing!! Sorry for the rant, but I was really looking forward to moving downstairs (my in-laws drive me crazzzyyyyy) but it's going to be put off for a couple of weeks until we can get at least most of it fixed up. Anddd all this means, we're going to have to put off buying the elliptical we were looking at! Bahhhh.

Hey Ladies, crazy busy over here with out town of guests and LOTS of eating out! I finally got on the scale this morning, up 2.0 pounds to 260.8. Big dinner, with lots of desserts last night, omg. Also - TOM is still hanging around.

Coondocks and Kukkie, I downloaded fatsecret and greattrainer last night. I really like fatsecret it's so easy to use and being able to record my exercise on there helps me see that I am really doing something. Before I had no clue as to how many calories I was burning. Greattrainer is nice because each pedometer that I got would click a step with every move and I only wanted it to click for each step and this uses the GPS in the phone to record distance, pace, calories burned, and duration. There's also a C25K application I want to download that will chime to let me know when to walk and jog. I'm gonna get that one also (eventually ;)) I go to crackberry.com <-- lots of free stuff and also blackberry application world

Hi Everyone! I haven't been sleeping well since the weekend. I have been taking care of and worrying over a sick dog. He seems to be doing alot better now. The only problem was that last night I heard him bark a couple times to go out, I jumped up to go get him and he was asleep. :dizzy: It seems like I am having a little night time anxiety over it. He's doing better and now I'm struggling, LOL. My TTOM water weight isn't coming off as quickly as usual. I'm thinking it's from the lack of sleep and stress. :dizzy: Let's hope for better sleep tonight. :)

Weigh In: 208.8

Down: .2 (still up 1 pound from my low)

Thank you! Yes, we eat the same for the most part, except he drinks sodas and powerades where I tend to eat more (grazing) during the day. So we'll see, it will be fun!

Up 1.6 today to 240.6 - hoping this is just water retention. I did something to my back yesterday, and only got about five hours sleep after sitting up with the heating pad on it :(

223.4 today...at my 85lb lost mark & a bunch more to go lol!!!

Soon to be hubby has been eating better with me...he's been eating 90% vegetarian ((not even trying to convert him)) & he's lost around 8-10lbs since he moved in with me & he doesnt even need to lose weight at 6'. His last weigh a couple days ago was 202 or 203 I think. He did have high blood pressure & his Dr was ready to put him on meds for it....now his blood pressure last read at 134/84 from 160/100! He dumped all fast food & pop...& he just loved his Whoppers! Eating better & his taking good supplements with me has made such a difference in how he feels. :cheer2:

Congrats on all losses & stalls will pass! :hug:

I almost didn't weigh today. I'm not feeling well and Hubby got half-way to work before he called in sick. I made a new recipe last night and I'm wondering if I didn't do something wrong? Hubby is so supportive he claims it couldn't be my cooking it has to be something else.; he probably just doesn't want me to give up cooking, LOL.

ShylahEQ - I am loving P90X. I have my off days of course, but I tough it out...I feel great after I finish everyday. I like how you can go at your own pace with P90X, that helps me a lot too. I honestly wish I would have started earlier! I did an extra round of 30 day shred before I started P90X simply because I was scared of it (not that another round of 30 day shred was bad because it was great!), but the results I'm getting with P90X really are amazing. I've only got about 3 and a half weeks left of P90X (Classic Version), my next round of it will be using the Lean Version of it; I'm looking forward to how my body will change.

t0rn - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred was great for me, I think I lost just about 30lbs (2 rounds of it). It's hard, but a great workout for only being 20-30mins long!

I've never cooked with chicken thighs before I've always subbed breast, I didn't use a thermometer, but Hubby assures me his thigh was done {he had the biggest piece.} I didn't like the recipe much anyway, I thought it was bland for something that was supposed to have 'bold flavor'.

Diana - glad to hear your puppy is feeling better! Nothing worse than a sick pet, you feel so helpless! I got THE best night of sleep last night, omg.. been so long! I'm sure once you get a good nights sleep under your belt some of that water weight will go away!

Jennie - I loved 30 day shred, but got bored with it after a while. P90X sounds amazing and hard all at the same time!

I got on the scale this morning too! Up .2 this morning. Glad I'm getting on the scale, not so glad about the gaining though. We are quite challenged in the next week or so with money, so I can't eat exactly how I'd like to. So I'm gonna try and maintain, which might be challenging enough. Anyways! Tomorrow morning I will be back!

I'm so happy... after that fluke weight of 312 on this past Monday, I've been staying consistently down in the 3-0's. I'm at 306.6 as of today. My 5% is at 303, so I'm excited about the possibility making it there by the time of my next WW meeting on this coming Monday.

I broke out my old Turbo Jam dvds on Tuesday (bought them back in '06 when the first came out, and I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've actually DONE it). I did a whole 45 mins of Turbo Jam (cardio party), and 20 mins of a kickboxing dvd, for a total of a tad over an hour... and I didn't die! LOL :D

I plan to do it again tonight, being motivated by the fact that the scale is actually moving in the right direction. :carrot:

Matilda - I haven't been to the gym in almost two weeks - I was going to go yesterday right after work, but I forgot my gym bag at home, then had to pick up hubby and get to his hockey game! But I too need to get back into it ASAP.

Aimee - maybe you can try finding recipes for weight loss on a budget - I remember googling something like that once upon a time and surprised by the number of things I found.

Diana - glad Magnum is feeling much better. Yay for more sleep, although I didn't get quite enough yesterday either.

Jennie - I've really been thinking about getting into P90X as well. Hubby's best friend did it a few months ago and he was always a slim guy to begin with, but he lost quite a bit of inches and has serious definition now!

As for me - I hit a new low today! 197.1 down 1.0! Yay for me! TOM seems to be toying with me this time around... I've never really lost during TOM and don't know if this is real but I'm enjoying the little whooshes. But I am having some intense back pain this month, which I'm not enjoying! Just a couple more days to go.

I'm in the midst of a 30 day challenge to myself :p It lasts up to Labor Day and our 2 week vacation. After vacation, I'm gonna get out the p90x and see what it's about. 30ds does get boring. I hate level 2 of it too. I may skip it right to level 3 :p

Penguin - I’m sorry you guys aren’t feeling well. No more chicken thighs for you!

Jennie - That is awesome that you had such good results with 30DS, I can’t stick to it, I get bored. I’m glad to hear how much you like the P90X though. My plan right now is to do Slim in 6, then P90X, then Insanity. I was starting on the Slim in 6 a few weeks back, but vacation derailed me. I have been told it is easier to keep up with the structure of those programs if you actually do start on a Monday, so my plan is for this coming Monday to be my first Slim in 6 day.

SwimGirl - I am having the money challenge and can’t eat exactly what I want issue as well right now because we spent more in Florida than we should have and hubby got a $200 ticket. It‘s tough :hug:

Diana - glad to hear the pup pup is doing better. It is so hard when they are sick because they can’t even talk to you about how they feel and you have to guess and I just hate it. Give Magnum some :hug: for me.

Singingmua - Good job! I have never tried turbo jam, but I have heard it’s good.

Kukkie - Congrats on the new low. I’m sorry about the back pain, that always sucks.


I am down .2 today to 165.8. I am going to have to really get on the ball. Some of you may have seen my post in general chatter - hubby and I are about to try to adopt 6 kids. One part of the process is that we have to pass physicals, so I want to get in the best shape I can before it is time to do that part. Not to mention that if they do let us have them, once there are 6 kiddos in the house (2, 4, 4, 5, 6, and 8) I won’t have much time to concentrate on weight loss (or anything else for that matter). I am now off to workout and then to the library to do some research on the adoption thing and multicultural families and kids’ nutrition and etc.

Jennie, I stopped the late eating also. I make sure I go upstairs when everyone does so that I am not tempted to snack alone. Some nights when I stay up late my stomach hurts a little because it's been so long since I ate and water makes me nauseous if my stomach is empty. Can't win at night :)

Diana I know how I felt when my doggie was sick, she wouldn't move and it scared the life out of me. She just laid in the middle of the kitchen floor and wouldn't move and I yelled at her. Then she threw up I felt so bad for yelling. When our oldest son came in, she dragged herself to him and finally started wagging her tail after throwing up again. She must have ate something bad in the yard. She was like that for a few hours.

Penguin I love chicken thighs, unfortunately I always fried them so I haven't had them in a while. Hubby only likes breast and wing so I would eat the thighs by myself (greedy huh) :) I need to check out your link.

That sounds really good . . . where did you find that recipe?

I got the original recipe idea from the Volumetrics cookbook. That version had tomato and broccoli. I had leftover veggies {broc, cal, corn, zuc, carrots} and added onion, green pepper, garlic. I didn't think I was making a lot but ended up with a full 13x9 pan, and had to double the milk/cheese, and I used 2 cups of ww pasta. A 2 cup serving came to about 300cals. I think any Mac and Cheese recipe would work.

Kukkie - I've started digging into my freezer, and pick up some eggs! Eggs are cheap-ish, thats my solution right now.

penguin - it does sound quite yummy! It's been steamy here too, you feel like you are inhaling steam.. ugh! But probably good for the pores ;)

FitGirly - thats pretty much what happened to us too! Josh got a 300 dollar ticket just before we left, and then insisted on a trip to the coast for 3 days to play golf - which ended up costing us about 800 dollars! We are recovering and will be back to normal by next week. Still sucks in some ways!

I got on the scale this morning, down .2. Still chugging along I guess!

Up slightly... +0.7 to 197.8. Combination of not enough water and not enough sleep. We have a wedding reception tonight too, eek at a place that's known for good food. I'm going to have to try REALLY HARD not to indulge. In any case, I'm painting the basement this weekend, so that should be a good workout!

He acts like a little kid. Pouts when it goes up, beams from ear to ear when it goes down. But he acts like a kid (in a good way) in life in general.

I on the other hand have to justify (maybe incorrectly) when the scale goes up. Like today, I didn't do my usual big morning potty, so therefore I say to myself "ignore the ups today".

As long as on each week (Mondays) we are down from the previous week, I will be ecstatic. The daily weigh ins for us are what keeps us away from the cookie jar. If I only weighed myself on Mondays, then throughout the rest of the week I'd say "oh I can make up for this cookie later this week". But when I think that I have to be on the scale in less than 24 hours, I think twice.

Kukkie - you are going to have some nicely toned arms after a weekend of painting! Good luck at the wedding - everything in moderation! My Aunt has a funny habit of taking a bit of everything, but not much more. She's lost a good amount of weight with that strategy!

hannah - you are SO close to onederland! I'm sure it'll be within one week, any big rewards for hitting 199? I am terrible with rewards, I always plan to buy myself things for them and end up getting it because I want it now! :lol: Defeats the purpose!

As for me? Yesterday I was half on plan, breakfast and snacks were perfect, but dinner was lacking. BUT I ended up being DOWN .7 this morning to 260.1! Yay! Just 3 pounds to pre-vacation weight!

I suspect I have a LOT of twins, I always seem to remind people of someone they know. Also I look so different in pictures than IRL, not too sure how or why that happens!

LOL it already did! I told him an hour ago.

Ok, I did the following today:

10 miles of biking outdoors
30 minute no sweat yoga by Maura Barclay
100 ab crunches (regular, reverse, right/left, bicycle)
2 mile errand bike ride.

A NSV for me today was that I was able to easily grab behind me my foot to bend my leg back for a quad stretch. This is a first for me.

redsox33 Great job on the quad stretch. Aren't the little things amazing! I did a standing ab video the other day. I haven't done that workout in a few months, at least. I had some difficulty executing the moves before because of my belly. The other day, it was like "wow, I can feel the moves now". Oh, another thing, in some of my workouts there are knee ups, and now I can bring my knees up higher, since there's not as much belly in the way, LOL. These are just little things, that when you first notice them it's like "Wow!".

Hmm, I don't know what happened to me. Whatever it was, I will take it, Thank You Very Much! ;) My body must have gotten rid of the TTOM water weight.

Diana, that's wonderful that you're seeing results/improvements in your moves during your workouts. I totally understand about the belly. I notice a difference in my belly when I'm on my bicycle. What a nice loss for you on the scale this morning.

Ladies, I am constipated and it really hurts. My weight right now is 215.4, the better half is sleeping in, and I'm hoping for a potty in the next hour. I have potty cramps and nothing is budging. Sorry if this is TMI. If I don't potty by Noon, I'll post the 215.4 as official, but will be disappointed with that.

Hi ALL,

I had a really interesting day yesterday with not eating hardly at all. My total calorie intake was 535. I'm not depressed, I just didn't feel like eating. I was tired from getting in so late every night and didn't feel much like eating yesterday and didn't eat. I was gonna take a Slim Fast to ride with last night and forgot it. However, I did get to go to ihop after service but the calories were only 125 for what I ate and since it was between 11:30-11:50 I didn't want to eat a lot anyway. My weight yesterday was 176.4, I got up this morning to 174.8. I would love for that to stick but I know that it won't. Be back later, gotta run. Have a great day.

love2b150 - Thank you, yesterday was a struggle for me. After I ate dinner I went to my bf's house and somehow ended up making him brownies. I didn't even have a taste of it, no brownies for me, so I'm happy about my decision. The night before I refused pizza! haha. It just feels like a challenge every night now...My dad told me yesterday after he got home he would bring pizza back for tonight, I told him I didn't really want to eat junk like that but he doesn't seem to understand. I'm not sure If I should work it into my calorie count or just say no and eat my normal food. I feel bad when I don't eat what my dad brings back because we don't have very much money and I feel like I'm wasting food when I refuse it. A LOT of stuff around my house doesn't get eaten and has to be thrown out.

Diana - I totally understand the feeling of being able to do more with belly out of the way, especially the knee lifts. I was showing off to hubby the other day how high I can get my knees now.

Jennie - You shouldn't force yourself to eat pizza and you shouldn't feel guilty. You told him ahead of time. If you are able to call him before he would stop for the pizza then maybe do so and suggest he just get enough for him and tell him you'll feed yourself or look into something you'd be ok with from the place he gets pizza and ask for that. If he brings you pizza anyway you don't have to let it go to waste. Pizza will freeze quite well. When my hubby gets a pizza I put what he doesn't eat in ziplocs (2 slices per bag) for him to eat later.

I'm down 1.2 today to 165.4. TOM is playing peek-a-boo with me though, so I'm not going to trust that it'll stay.

FitGirlyGirl - I never force myself to eat anything, I always take great care about what I put in my mouth and I know the consequences of it. He will bring it home either way since that is HIS dinner. Guilt will always be there though no matter my choice in the end. Food around my house is very weird, when he does bring home stuff to eat, even if its put in the fridge/freezer, its rarely eaten as leftovers. lol

I'm back down to 221.8! That's down 7.4 since my first weigh-in of the month last Tuesday. Easy come, easy go with water weight and now I'm all recovered from my vacation food.

In July I started at 229.4 and I only saw 221 on the 20th and then bounced back up for the rest of the month. I sure hope I keep going this month and stop the bouncing!

Congrats on the 2 pounds Judy Lynn!

And Red, I hope everything is working out. That bloated blocked up feeling is the worst even if you aren't trying to weigh in daily.

Have we heard from MissKelly or is she too busy rushing around getting ready for her big day on Monday?

Hey girls, I'm back! So I had an absolutely horrible week of binging... Ice cream, chocolate, mac n cheese, you name it... I ate it... and lots of it at that! So everyday I got further and further from my plan... I started feeling super ashamed of myself... too ashamed to get on the scale... and way too ashamed to get on here and report... So I finally made myself get on the scale today... and lo and behold... I gained.... duh duh duh duh.... half a pound... WHAT?!? Are you serious??? No working out, eating all I want of EVERYTHING I want... and I gained HALF a pound?!? I sure punished myself mentally for the 10 pounds I KNEW I gained back... Oh well... I'm back... *head hung in shame* Today: 258.5

Jennie, :hug: I am the same way when someone brings me something. But thank goodness they are finally learning that when I say no, I mean no. So it's helping. We throw out a lot of food here also, but it's because we always forget about it. I had a horrible eating day yesterday. I didn't binge but I didn't eat enough. I believe I have made up for it today though, but I am so afraid of what the scale will read in the morning. My friend had a tasting party at her house and I ate a piece of pound cake that said prepared was 310 calories. And then I had some dip made with sour cream, so I am sure I made up for not eating yesterday :( Keep your :crossed: for me.

Hannah our daughter loves that store. Maybe I'll check it out. Congratulations on reaching ONEDERLAND :)

I think I found the combination that works for me and as much as I tried to fight it . . . . it's breakfast and evening exercise.

Not even close to a breakfast eater, i can't eat first thing in the morning, but whole wheat bagel with tomato, lettuce, Turkey bacon or an egg seems to be doing the trick.

Diana, took your advice from before on the Magnesium Citrate, Thanks. So no more issues for me. Hope everyone that needs relief gets it soon.

Well just as I expected ... my weight is up .6 from yesterday. I hope that it doesn't go up tomorrow. I have to get it together this week and stay totally on point with my eating so that my body is not going crazy. :dizzy: Things are back to normal this week so I don't have any excuses.

down .2 to 202.6. That's still up from my low of a few days ago, 202.2. I lost like mad during my period this month, and now that it's over, the weightloss has ground to a halt, too. Weird, it doesn't usually go that way for me. Oh well!

I need to try to get back to excercising. My back has been giving me lots of trouble, and it's been like two weeks since I worked out. I need to just do something easy like WATP and try to ignore the back a bit. I can't do any lifting or lunging or anything high impact, but I should be able to manage a mild walking work out.

WATP= Walk Away The Pounds. It's an in home walking aerobics DVD series. It has no complicate moves and it's easy to work at a your own pace. I used to do it a lot when I first started losing, but I've moved on to harder things since then. With my back all tweaked, I think I need to head back to basics, though.

GUESS WHAT!!!! I realized as I was recording my weight on fatsecret that I am down exactly 20lbs today. I started this journey at 195.4 and today I weighed in at 175.4. I haven't changed my ticker because I want to see if it sticks. My official weigh in day is Tuesday so if I am still smiling on Tuesday morning I will change my ticker and my avatar :D <----BIG BIG GRIN. Another happy point for me today was one of my friends called me Ms. Skinny. I am not close to skinny but she said all of my walking and eating right has really paid off, she can see it. I felt so good. Well enough of my BIG HEAD stories. I hope everyone of you is having a great day. :hug:

I think the poopie dance icon is absolutely hilarious, I love it!!!

As for me - An interesting weekend and full weekend... I did relatively well with food at the wedding - hah, who am I kidding? I totally missed the buffet dinner, spent the entire time at the bar - I didn't make a spectacle of myself or anything, but it's been a longggg time since I drank. Sooo, with Hubby as my DD, I got smashed with my cousins and girlfriends. By far the most pathetic party I've been to in quite some time. There were no more than 10 people on the dance floor at any given time, EVERYONE was at the bar pretty much the entire night. Had a massive hangover the next day - I actually saw 196.9 flash on the scale. Was really excited, but horribly nauseous all day and all I ate were carbs, not binging or anything, pretty sure calorie wise I was okay, but who knows, because the next morning I gained 2+ lbs back to see 199.2. That gave me a good kick in the you know what. Due to major hangover, I didn't paint this weekend, bah. But yesterday, I did well with the eating, plenty of water, and I worked my butt off with that basement. Between the sanding and the taping, my arms felt like mush. I was still going to do the primer, except the sponge/foam roller thing kept falling off the roller handle (needs to be returned, but the store was closed by that time), so that didn't happen. But instead of sitting around, I decided to scrub out the kitchen cabinets. Yeck, these tenants, I must say were very dirty... Cobwebs EVERYWHERE. WI this morning, back to 197.8, which was my Friday WI as well, so back on track, almost. What a rant - sorry!

MissKelly Not that I expect you to be on here today, but best wishes for your big day today! Congrats and can't wait to hear how it all turned out.

OnaMi - Thanks, I was happy to see the scale move down, especially if nothing else seems to be moving! .8 is a good week, any loss is a good week :) Progress is progress, even if it seems small!

Coondocks - I am hesitant to do a huge celebration... again... about hitting the 250's because of a couple weeks ago. :lol: My mom comes back into town today and she LOVES to eat bad when she's on vacation, which puts a damper on my dieting. Wow, nice TOM, losing instead of gaining! I like it!

Shylah - It's my goal to be done with the 250's in August too, but you are a whole lot closer than I am! You can totally do this, thats a little over a pound a week, VERY doable :D

Kukkie - busy weekend!! Sounds like you had some fun at the wedding! You gotta love the dehydration weigh-in's, I always do that after a night of drinking :lol: I spent about 2 days cleaning our basement suite when we moved out of it, I'm surprised most people don't? We left some cobwebs too, only because I am tooooo scared to clean them up. Me and spiders do not get along - one of us ends up dead, and since I'm the one posting right now, you can guess who it is ;)

I had planned to sleep in until 10am this morning :lol: I got woken up by some street work, but they are quiet again so I think I'm going to try and sleep a little more. My thoughts are that if I sleep TONS today that it'll make up for the rest of my sleepless week? Fuzzy logic. I'll bbl with my WI!

I wish I had learned of it earlier as well, its making such a huge difference for me already just having that at my fingertips and not having to wait until the end of the day, or trying to mentally figure out 'ok maybe I can add this in if its in my budget'

Barcode scanning? i don't think i've even noticed that feature . . . how does that work?

Kukkie - how are you trying to DL it? From the website or from Blackberry Apps program? I used the BB Apps tool and it worked with out a hitch.

hmm I wonder if they don't have that feature on the BB app? Basically at the main screen there is a Barcode Scan option under the Search function, then if you go to add a food it is under that menu too.

Would stink if the BB app doesn't have it. It makes adding foods so easy!
