My goal is 10lbs, I will weigh in once a week on Sundays, and again on the 31st for a final weigh in...
I will update losses at least weekly- so you can choose whichever weigh-in day you would like... but you should weigh in weekly and on the 1st and the 31st.
My goal for August is also to lose 10 lbs, so I would love to be a part of this. This is my first challenge here, so I will have to remember this!!! This will give me some added motivation and accountability, so thank you!

I'm reading with interest. Hmm....It's not like I have any control over how much I lost at all, but...
I had been averaging 4 pounds a month and lately I have been losing 8 pounds a month. I'd love to see a 10 pound loss! School/work is starting and that would give me a nice focus to continue the exercise as hard core as I've been doing all summer.
