thanks for the post astrophe. Its so interesting to see how much our food and containers can effect our bodys... its a little scary too. Who knows what else we are getting and dont even know it.

I have been doing a huge amount of research lately and reading a ton of blogs. I read one today that said something to the effect of: as if PCOS doesnt do enough internal damage it also has to add insult to injury by creating external fuglies. I started crying! It really feels good to be understood and not sound so superficial.
