I made the brownies in cupcake papers in a muffin tin so they would be easier to count. (It is also easier for me to eat only one like this than if I cut them from a pan)

Does anyone have any hints on keeping the brownies from sticking to the paper?

TIA

Spray the paper with " Pam" or use the tins sprayed with "Pam" and no papers at all.

I bought the box of No Pudge brownie mix in the supermarket and followed the directions on the box. You just add some vanilla yogurt. But I made them in a muffin tin so they are individual. Then I am not tempted to eat more than one.

Just thought I would share.

If you want to make just one serving, mix together 1 Tablespoon Yogurt and 1 Tablespoon No Pudge Brownie Mix, Put it in a small glass container, like a teacup or whatever and microwave it for 1 minute. Yum, and no temptation to eat a second serving, unless ofcourse you cook another one (smile)

I've also made the Krusteze fat free brownies, and they're very good. Just add water.
