Mini-Goals - 1st goal to set

Well I would like to set my first goal. I would like to lose 5 lbs by the end of this month. I am going to do this by working out on the Wii Fit and working out to exercise dvds. Any ideas will be a great help.

Walking 30mins. 3 days a week is good as is 10minutes for the other 2 days. Balanced diet is key.

I love the wii fit,my friend has it the hulu hoop was a pretty good workout! Good luck. Walking is always a good exercise also. I think the main thing is finding something you enjoy. Good luck reaching your goal!
