When I'm looking for Mayo, what am I specfically looking for (or not) as far ingredients?
Also, for String Cheese, do I want to get the low fat ones, or the full fat ones? (I buy Cheese Heads) Thank you!!

for the cheese, it should be reduced fat.
As for the mayo, it needs to not have sugar or HFCS (if any mayo has HFCS)
Better to have full-fat than lower fat,if the lower fat has higher sugars. I get 1/2 fat mayo because I checked and it has no more carbs or sugar then the full-fat but you want to make sure of this before you get the lowfat one.

Hellman's is a good choice, Pink Hoodle, just stick to the serving size. The oil used in it is a heart healthy oil and helps with satiety. Like Natalia said, check the sugars on whatever mayo you choose.
