Hormonal fluctuations, sodium, water retention, muscle recovery - it all plays into the daily fluctuations. But stepping on the scale throughout the day is just borrowing trouble. It's like stepping on it 4 or 5 times in a row....of course you'll get a slightly different number.
I weigh every day - in the morning before breakfast. I don't get to excited if the scale is a little up (but it does make me mindful of my sodium intake!) And - if it's down a LOT, I don't figure it will stick.
If I only weigh on Mondays - I don't do any hard work until Friday...can anyone say PROCRASTINATION??
