Hi everyone,
I'm new here and have a question.
I'm just wondering if anyone here has lost their weight by eating over their point range?
Thanks.

Dina,

When I had gotten to goal, I ate 30 points + a day and kept losing, BUT I worked out, worked retail and walked to work.. Basically my lifestyle at that point required more calories. Now to lose, with exercise I lose at 27 points a day which is above my range. To maintain I am about at 31 or so... The fact is is that it depends a lot on how much exercise and activity you complete on an average day.

Hope this helps!

Yes, I did. I started out in the 28 point range and found it just too difficult to sustain, so I experimented with points and found that I could still lose weight while eating in the mid-30s point range. Experiment with your points. Why eat less than you have to?

I am just starting WW and I'm eating right about at my minimum and losing. I have a low metabolism and am taking meds for PCOS which helped me gain the weight in the first place, so eating my minimum is helping me out so far.

I don't think I would eat above the points. I have been eating about the highest before going over and I havent been losing much..thats just me..
